POLICIES

Booking:

-You must have a credit card on file with my booking app to book with me. At the completion of your appointment, you can use your card on file to pay, another card, or cash.

-Cancellation policy: You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 25% of the service price for late cancellations and 50% for no shows. 

Lashes:

- When booking please list any allergies and if you have had a bad reaction to lash extensions before. Lashes aren’t for everybody. You can book a patch test if you think there's a chance of you having an allergic reaction.

- You must have 40% or more lashes for a fill. If you believe you have less please book extra time for your appointment at an additional cost.

- I require anyone who wears contacts to remove them prior to their appointment. Lash adhesive fumes can affect your contacts and potentially your eyes if left in during your service.

 

Problems/Concerns:

-If you have any problems or concerns regarding a service you received you have 72 hours following your appointment to contact me, where we can come up with a solution and/or compensation.
